My Accomplishments in Applied Tech
As an Applied Tech 2015 student, I was able to contribute a lot to the Back to School Night Photoshop Project, the Microsoft “Choose to Code” contest, the P21 Sustainability Contest. I was one of the people that attended the Back to School Night Photoshop Project and presented the method used to Photoshop images into another larger image.
My group for the “Choose to Code” contest was among the first to finish as well which won the class $500 to purchase 5 drawing tablets. I was the leader of the group in creating the scripts for the Mobile Rain Barrel skit and the presentation of the severe California drought. Students from Applied Tech and other computer classes in South Junior High acted out the Mobile Rain Barrel skit remarkably and were able to achieve 3rd place for the school in the P21 Sustainability Contest.
